Recently, the two projects of 16MW and 9MW PV ground mounting systems provided by JM Solar to Okayama Prefecture of Japan were officially completed! Both projects were customized and developed by International's R&D and design team of JM Solar. The case passed the most authoritative JIS audit standard in Japan, and successfully helped Okayama Prefecture in Japan achieve zero-carbon transformation.

9 MW in Okayama Prefecture

The two projects are located in Okayama Prefecture, Japan, where the local terrain is complex and diverse, with four directions, south, east，north and west, and the ground tilt Angle is different. Faced with this situation, in order to ensure the maximum extent of capturing sunlight and obtaining the maximum power generation, JM Solar provided a refined solution, and gave a full score.

16 MW in Okayama Prefecture

Both cases belong to UHV type on the ground, and both of them use ∑ Sigma type opening double column bracket solution specially customized by JM Solar. By combining ground piles and columns with Sigma steel, this scheme can fully adapt to the local rough road in Okayama Prefecture, Japan. During construction, the case is made according to the actual slope Angle of the terrain, and the orientation of the bracket that best matches the terrain is adjusted, so as toeffectively reduce the land preparation and construction time.

Due to the high complexity of the terrain of the case, in the stage of development, design and plan confirmation, the design team of JM Solar carried out the pre-test with high standards and strict requirements, also carried out the actualsample assembly at the project site, assembling and testing he field effect. Finally, the stability effect of the PV bracket was highly recognized by the customer.
